Unhiding the Library folder is easy enough, but why bother? Let's look at an example. Give Me an Example Why I Might Need to Access the ~/Library Folder A quick way to open the actual directory outside of Live is to select the User Library in Lives Browser, right-click on it and then choose Show in Finder (Mac). Popular system tweaking tools, such as TinkerTool, now include such functionality to reveal and hide your ~/Library folder for you. Note: After you open the Library folder, you can drag the Library icon from the top of that window to the Dock, sidebar, or toolbar to make it readily accessible. Library will appear below the current user's home directory. Once again, there are many ways to achieve this in OS X. Likewise, to rehide the ~/Library folder follow the same procedure as above and check Hidden. In the next Invisiblix window, uncheck Hidden to make the ~/Library folder visible. To reveal the ~/Library folder using Invisiblix, launch the application, choose File > Browse Hidden Files, and then choose your ~/Library folder in the navigation dialogue.
